He was the head of Technical Department and was responsible for the day to day of the entire operation.Andrew Clarke has extensive experience in design and implementation of high-end servers and Microsoft Windows desktops. Andrew Clarke is particularly experienced with the regulatory framework of Novell NetWare Server & Microsoft Windows 2003 Server implementation, administration and support.
Andrew Clarke has a keen interest in research, developing better strategy of utilizing the NetWare servers in accordance with the technology growth.Andrew Clarke has also been involved in advisory work on a wide range of corporate and commercial projects and information technology law. He advises clients on regulatory and compliance in the communications and multimedia sector and legal issues relating to Internet content acquisition, licensing and merchandising, e-commerce and communications, information and multimedia industry. Andrew Clarke holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Computer System Engineering from The University of Nottingham Trent, United Kingdom – Majoring in Networking, Higher National Diploma in Computer Engineering, Advance Diploma in Computer Information Systems that contributes his twelve (12) years of experience in Information Technology field.

Rajadurai is a consultant in the firm’s Information Technology sector. Prior to joining the firm, Rajadurai was a Senior System Engineer with Russell Bedford LC & Co, one of the pioneer accounting firm.Rajadurai has extensive experience in planning, designing, implementing and deploying of Microsoft Windows 2000/2003 Servers & Workstations.
He specialized in Microsoft products has successfully deployed many projects on Microsoft servers such as Active Directory, Exchange, SQL, Project 2003 & Share Point Portal.Rajadurai has been actively involved in advising a wide spectrum of clients in the multimedia desktop publishing and information technology industry, from the regulator to local and foreign to setup information technology infrastructure.His advice has extended to telecommunications operational deployment such as bilateral peering, voice over Internet protocol telephony, wide area network that inclusive of planning, design and implementation.Rajadurai is a member of Microsoft Corporation Technical Institution and holds Microsoft Certified System Builders Certification.
Jayamalar Jeyapalan

Jayamalar is Administration & Finance Director in the firm’s Information Technology sector. Prior to joining the firm, Jayamalar was a legal secretary with Albar & Partners, one of the largest legal firm’s in Malaysia. Jayamalar has extensive experience in advising, structuring, negotiating and documenting project finance transactions, debt security issues, asset-backed securitisation transactions, and other structured finance transactions.
To complement her communications practice, Jayamalar has also advised on transactions involving outsourcing of IT services, electronic commerce transactions, software licensing, procurement of hardware, systems integration, together with general corporate law.Jayamalar holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in Business Administration from The University of Nottingham Trent, United Kingdom– Majoring in Finance that contributes her nine (9) years of experience in Administration & Finance.
Saravana Kumar
Software Project Manager
Saravana Kumar is the lead software application architect in the firm’s Information Technology sector. Prior to joining the firm, Kumar was a Financial Control with JK Metals Sdn Bhd, one of the largest scrap metal company.Kumar has extensive experience in planning, designing, implementing and deploying of software projects right from the evolution of the SDLC- Software Development Life Cycle till to the UAT – User Acceptable Test.
He has proven track records of software development & practice of the existing application such as web based Record Management System (RMS), Online Auction System Software (OAS) and HR Resume Management System Software (HRMS).Kumar holds Certificate in Computer Engineering that contributes his six (6) years of experience in Software Development practice.
